[A*UG] good VOIP provider in Austin?

Thanks for the response.

This is a business application. The client provides a service to car 
dealers that do leases. Law requires that "disclaimers" (basically, the 
details of the lease) be made available via phone. The client currently 
provides a service to car dealers that "voices" the lease details and 
makes them available via 800 numbers.

I am moving her over to a PC/Asterisk system where she will voice on her 
PC and move the prompts up to an asterisk box for access via tool free 
numbers. That means it's a one way application (call termination only) 
and the quality is a bit more important than a typical experimentation 
or home application.

I have an * box in place at a local hosting company on the Time Warner 
network (3 Mbps access). Any feedback/direction would be appreciated...
