[A*UG] good VOIP provider in Austin?

Asterisk users:

Does anyone out there know of a good VOIP provider for an asterisk box 
hosted on the Time Warner network here in Austin, TX?  I'm currently 
using VOIPStreet for SIP call termination and the quality is OK with 
some minor jitter. I've also tried les.net with similar results.

I'd like to know if a "business class" provider like Broadband.com or 
Time Warner can deliver better results? Any feedback would be most 
appreciated!
