What you really need to ask for is what the Austin Telecom settings
are. Honestly you'd be better off asking Birch (are they still in
business), or some other CLEC. AT&T is notoriously bad (especially in
Texas) in regards to giving up info like this. It's probably
something in the non-COMPLEX range, but I don't remember anymore, it's
been too long since I've dealt with them.
