[A*UG] PRI and line sharing

Integrated T products are not frequently used with PRI, but certainly can
be. You'll need to find out if you have a PRI product or a T1 product. The
way inbound calls are handled is very different between the two.
I should be pretty obvious in your zaptel.conf and zapta.conf what you are
using..
