[A*UG] a2billing strangeness

i added the params to the sip_general_custom.conf file but i still have
the issue, although i can get through sometimes now. i will call the
provider and see what they are receiving.
i would also like to enable the use of spanish. when i set languagemenu
to yes the call stops when i select 2 for spanish. i have installed
westany spanish prompts but at this point i can't get them to play.
